​My mission is to help people feel more connected to the real world. I support others in building resilience, self-esteem, and emotional balance — and in creating everyday habits that nurture a deeper sense of wellbeing.

My Story

I discovered mindfulness as a way to cope with stress and postpartum anxiety. A former worrier, I struggled with insomnia and anxiety in a fast-paced London agency. Mindfulness transformed my life; helping me to become more resilient, calm, and better able to manage change. It’s improved my wellbeing, relationships, and parenting, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

As a mother, I’m deeply concerned about the impact of technology overuse on children’s mental health. I advocate for a smartphone-free childhood and regularly share insights through workshops, retreats, and talks. Helping families and individuals find more balance, presence, and connection.​
