My mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to build resilience, manage stress, and enhance emotional regulation. I blend various methods to help release anxiety, anger, and boost self-esteem, fostering healthier habits and a greater sense of wellbeing.
My Story
I discovered mindfulness as a way to cope with stress and postpartum anxiety. A former worrier, I struggled with insomnia and anxiety in a fast-paced London agency. Mindfulness transformed my life; helping me to become more resilient, calm, and better able to manage change. It’s improved my wellbeing, relationships, and parenting, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
As a mother, I’m deeply concerned about the impact of technology overuse on children’s mental health. I advocate for a smartphone-free childhood and regularly share insights through workshops, talks, and media appearances.
